A Scots fitness instructor says she has been left suffering night terrors and unable to walk down the street wearing headphones after being sexually harassed by a creep as she travelled to work.
Georgia Glancy, 22, says she "froze" as the pervert followed her out of Glasgow Central Station early in the morning back in August 2021.
After creeping up on her, he whispered disgusting remarks in her ear about her personal appearance. He then walked off "smirking" and continuing to shout obscenities about her, leaving her on the verge of tears in the quiet streets outside Central. The hospitality worker says the rat then followed her out of the station again just a week later - only retreating when she dived into a nearby shop and sought help from the shocked owner. She told the Record: "It was 6am and I felt very vulnerable, intimidated, uncomfortable - he just invaded my personal space."I always said if something like that happened I would scream and shout, but in both situations I just froze."I've had people wolf-whistling and cat-calling and I can brush that off.
But someone coming up in my space like that - it's one of those situations you think happens to others, not to you."It's still affecting me now.
