I've always wanted to be a performer and a showgirl. I always made my mum take me to see the circus, but I never really thought I would get this opportunity."When I heard back from Planet Circus this time, it was such a shock and it made me cry.
I had to read it over and over again because I just couldn't believe it."Even at school, I used to tell the teachers that I wanted to join the circus and I used to talk about it all the time.
My family are so excited for me and are all getting tickets to come and watch."Planet Circus manager Jo McMullan said they were looking forward to giving Shanice a trial to see if she would be a good fit for the circus.She said: "Shanice has been asking us for a job for a few years, but we have never had any availability until now.
