dailystar.co.ukA six-year-old girl told her mum she couldn’t see properly – before a giant beetle crawled out of her eye. Little SibiKaia Monk was taken to hospital after claiming the bug had climbed into her tear duct the previous afternoon.
She was rushed to A&E in Missouri, US, after tearfully telling mum Kris her eye was “burning” at 1:30am. The bug fell out as the family sat in the hospital waiting room – and SibiKaia named it Todd after demanding to see it.
Kris said: ”By the time we got to the hospital she was calm and we were talking to the nurse. "Then SibiKaia squeezed her eye shut and when she opened her eye it just slid out. "My reaction, the nurses reaction and the doctor's initial reaction was just this full-body shudder." The youngster
