THE Great British Bake Off has been hit by complaints after Paul Hollywood said the rainbow bagels on this week's show represented the NHS.
The 54-year-old master baker didn't mention that the rainbow flag is synonymous with the LGBTQ+ community, upsetting some viewers.
Thirteen of them felt so strongly they complained to broadcast regulator Ofcom. The show judge asked the contestants to create multi-coloured bagels for this week's technical challenge.
