Conference A outfit Whittlets have now confirmed they will not take part in the inaugural campaign, with Kilsyth Rangers previously considering mothballing.MTC Park chief Peacock has confirmed they will fight the decision in the courts if they are not given the chance to be promoted from Conference B.
