Manchester City hitman Gabriel Jesus helped create Premier League history on Monday night. Title-chasing City kicked off their pursuit of the Premier League trophy with a trip to Molineux to play Wolves, who did the double over them last season.
Pep Guardiola's men fared far better than they did on their last visit to the Black Country, in which they suffered a 3-2 defeat to Nuno Espirito Santo's side.
City ended up running out 3-1 winners courtesy of first-half goals from Kevin de Bruyne and Phil Foden and a stoppage-time strik from Jesus.
Jesus' strike, however, represented far more than just a clinching goal for the Citizens, who were imperious from the outset.
