M&S to 'get a sense of humour' after the supermarket refused to print a cheeky message on her daughter's birthday cake because it broke their 'rules and regulations'.
Donna Patrick ordered the £35 piped rose sponge cake for her daughter Elice's 18th birthday but rather than going for a 'bog standard' message, she wanted to appeal to her naughty sense of humour.
When filling in the form, she requested the message 'I'm glad you were the strongest sperm' before paying for the order. However, Donna, 39, received a call from M&S days later and was advised they couldn't make her cake as it was against their 'rules and regulations'.
