Fuming residents angry at school run use deck chairs as barricade to stop drop-offs

It comes after Bridgend County Borough Council decided to close the school's drop-off zone for health and safety reasons, reports WalesOnline.

Parents say the measure means it is now difficult to "park safely", leading them to descend on the yellow-line street next to it.Lon Derw locals claim they have had to deal with damaged cars and fences since the invasion began, and said it had even become a safety hazard after an ambulance was reportedly blocked while trying to reach a care home in the area.One resident, Jessica Upham, told WalesOnline: "All the driveways are getting blocked we can't get to one from them.
