France legend Franck Ribery rushed to hospital with head injury after car crash

Bayern Munich star Franck Ribery was rushed to hospital with a head injury after a car accident on Sunday morning, according to reports in Italy.

Ribery, who currently plies his trade in Serie A with Salernitana, was reportedly a passenger in the vehicle. The Italian minnows have confirmed in a statement that he will miss training while he recovers from his injuries sustained in the crash.
