Daniel Wynne Jones and Lois Thomas claimed to provide “top quality food” at Pembrokeshire’s JT3 restaurant – but inspectors found a fly infestation in the filthy kitchen and an “inadequate” water supply.WalesOnline told how it was slapped with a a Food Hygiene Rating of zero following an inspection by Pembrokeshire Council’s public protection division.
