And some of them may surprise you...Kate first tackled the idea that the 'pull out method' is a reliable form of contraception.The method involves a man pulling out right before ejaculating during sex.And Kate says that if you're wanting to prevent pregnancy, you may want to consider not using this method.According to Planned Parenthood, 22/100 people every year will get pregnant from using the pull-out method.Talking about this, Kate told Fabulous: "This is due to the fact that often people don't time it, or manage it perfectly every single time."This means men don't completely manage to keep any ejaculation away from the vagina or vulva."If you are trying to avoid pregnancy you should therefore be using a reliable form of contraception."She instead suggested contraception such as condoms, the pill or an IUD.Kate also addressed the myth that sex has to end in an orgasm.She says they aren't always "necessary", saying: "Both partners are able to experience pleasure, satisfaction and enjoyment from sex without orgasm."A focus or pressure on orgasm can actually detract from pleasure and create anxiety and even interrupt the ability to reach orgasm, for some people even to the point of causing sexual difficulties or dysfunction."She also tackled the idea that getting frisky without intercourse isn't actually sex.Kate says that a "focus on pleasure" rather than a certain type of sex can "open up a world of possibilities for our sex lives".She says this doesn't necessarily have to be penetrative.Finally, Kate answered whether you can.
