The West of Scotland League is set to have no promotion or relegation this season if clubs pull-out of the new set-up. It was revealed today that 14 clubs wish to withdraw from the divisions before a ball has been kicked on October 24.
Multiple sources have confirmed to that the league have tabled a plan to axe promotion and relegation between the Premier Division and Conference groups if even one club walks away.
