In our exclusive chat, Nicole reveals her illness was triggered by a painful split from her ex Sam Mucklow in 2018. He then got together with her pal Shelby Tribble just months later.
Until now she has never spoken about the debilitating panic attacks that prevented her from leaving her house for three months and caused her weight to drop to 6st. “I was dangerously thin and all of my bones were jutting out,” she says.
