Emmerdale crew using plastic boxes and poles to make return to filming safe

Emmerdale has started filming again after production was stopped when the coronavirus lockdown was put in place. The ITV soap has introduced some special guidelines to make it as safe as possible for cast and crew, and to reduce the risk of potentially spreading Covid-19.

As well as an ambulance being on-set and temperature checks on entrance, the soap has put in some extra measures to keep things safe.

Emmerdale executive producer Jane Hudson told Daily Star Online all about the way they're making sure they're keeping in line with social distancing.
