Edgar Wright, 'Game of Thrones,' James Bond Stars Pay Tribute to "Blazingly Talented" Diana Rigg

Hollywood is paying tribute to English theater, television and film star Diana Rigg, who died on Thursday at the age of 82. The Emmy-, BAFTA-, and Tony award-winning actress began her career on the stage, joining the Royal Shakespeare Company in the late 1950s just two years after making her stage debut — and a decade before crossing the pond to appear in her first Broadway production.

In the intervening years, Rigg would also launch her decades-long film and TV career, appearing in a series of British and American television projects beginning in the '60s.

Starring in countless projects, the actress is well-known for her roles as the biting Olenna Tyrell in HBO's hit fantasy adaptation Game of Thrones,as Emma Peel in the ITV and ABC spy.
