Clementine Granita Makes 4-6 Ingredients ● 2 x 500g packs of Co-op Irresistible Clementines, juiced, plus an extra one to decorate ● 2 tbsp white caster sugar ● 50ml water ● ½ lemon, juiced ● 200ml Co-op Irresistible Prosecco 1.
