EASTENDERS star Adam Woodyatt has been spotted working on a food stall in Buckinghamshire. The 53-year-old star, who is on a break from playing fish and chip mogul Ian Beale on the soap, looked far sunnier than his grouchy character as he served customers.
Adam, an EastEnders veteran who appeared in the very first episode, is touring the country in a production of Looking Dead Good.
But he appeared at Pub In The Park in Marlow to help out a friend, astonishing customers who recognised him from TV. And he told to one customer that rather than the big bucks he gets for appearing on the BBC, he was getting paid in food.
Unlike the clean-shaven Beale, Adam went under the radar by sporting two things you rarely see on Ian - a beard and a smile..
