EastEnders fans gobsmacked as Sanjay Kapoor actor makes surprise BBC News cameo

dailystar.co.ukFormer EastEnders actor Deepak Verma made a surprise appearance on BBC News when reporter Dan Johnson interviewed the soap star on a deserted beach in Hastings.
The 50-year-old, who played Sanjay Kapoor on the BBC soap between 1993 and 1998, was seen taking a stroll on the south coast beach.
Of course, due to the government lockdown, it was completely deserted, which is what Deepak spoke to the reporter about. He said: "It's all just empty, it's like The Walking Dead.
