East Kilbride made sure Christmas will be wrapped up for those who need a little festive cheer the most. HRM Homecare Services’ support workers Kirsty Grafton and Sarah McDougall lovingly gathered special Christmas packages for service users throughout the town. The pair joined other HRM Homecare staff in delivering the packages – which include treats such as candy canes, shortbread, a CD of Christmas music, chocolate baubles and fruit – over the festive period. The packages were paid for from hundreds of pounds raised especially by HRM Homecare’s staff throughout the year, a sum that was matched by HRM Homecare Managing Director Lynn Laughland.Sign up for the new Lanarkshire newsletter! From the latest breaking news to the agenda-setting.
