A man involved in an 'industrial' level operation which imported drugs into the country via courier-delivered parcels has been jailed.
Connor Jackson-Westwood, 25, of Bamford Street, Royton, played a significant role in the 'sophisticated operation' which saw cocaine and heroin stashed inside parcels delivered from abroad to a location in Oldham, Minshull Street Crown Court heard.
On October 1, 2020, UK border police intercepted a package being delivered from Belgium to a storage unit at Wheatfield Industrial Estate in Royton via the Channel Tunnel.
