Paul Ashe, of Altrincham Road in Manchester, failed a roadside drugs test after police were called to reports of a crash on the A558 Daresbury Expressway in Runcorn at around 8.15am on September 5 last year.
The 45-year-old was locked up for two years following a hearing at Chester Crown Court today, Cheshire Police said. Ashe caused serious injuries when he collided into a Yamaha 125 motorbike and a Skoda Karoq, which were both traveling in the opposite direction.Police said the Audi A3 driver was "veering over the central line into the lane of oncoming traffic" while other drivers.
