Driver filmed on FaceTime while swerving across busy M3 lane as police issue warning

A driver was pulled over by police for using Facetime on his mobile while driving on a busy motorway. Police spotted the person on the M3 at around 9.30pm on November 25.

Surrey Police say the driver was seen swerving in his lane and driving at a slow speed at the time. Footage of the incident, which happened near Shepperton, has been released by police, Surrey Live reports.

Police are warning motorists driving while distracted is dangerous and the penalties include a £100 fine and 3 points on a licence.
