Domino's Pizza is creating 5,000 jobs and an extra 1,000 apprenticeship positions.While a number of eateries have had to cut jobs during the coronavirus crisis, Domino's on the other hand is continuing to benefit as households turn to deliveries.The new jobs include pizza chefs, customer service workers, and delivery drivers.These roles are on top of the 6,000 jobs Domino’s said it has created since the start of the pandemic.Bosses at the takeaway chain said they're creating the 1,000 apprenticeship positions under the government’s new Kickstart scheme - with “ambitious individuals” given the opportunity to apply for permanent roles following a six-month placement.Chief executive Dominic Paul said: “It was a privilege to keep our stores.
