Dog walker in puppy fight pushed angler into sea after dog tried to snatch bag of fish

Kearney accused Steven Raeburn of kicking the animal as he was trying to protect his catch.The 55-year-old pushed Steven from the breakwater backwards over rocks and down into the chilly water.After Steven managed to clamber onto the rocks, Kearney chucked the victim back in.
Kearney appeared at the city’s sheriff court on Tuesday and admitted assaulting Steven by twice pushing him into the Forth to the danger of his life.
