An 'amazing mum' who went to the doctor complaining of chest pains died after medics told her she was suffering from anxiety.

Jade Preston, 31, was told by her GP uncomfortable chest pain was caused by anxiety, and not a cause for concern. But on July 24, the mum-of-three suffered a major heart attack and was rushed to hospital.

She was put on life support for seven days before doctors made the heartbreaking decision to turn it off.
