A hospital electrician has admitted to killing then sexually assaulting two women, decades before carrying out numerous sex attacks on as many as 99 corpses in mortuaries.
David Fuller pleaded guilty to the murders of Wendy Knell, 25, and Caroline Pierce, 20, in two separate attacks in 1987 around Tunbridge Wells, Kent, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) stated.
The 67-year-old changed his pleas on Thursday, four days into his trial at Maidstone Crown Court, which heard how he had sexually abused his two victims after killing them.
