Matthew Prescott, 27, from St Helens, was caught with more than 4,000 sickening images on his computer. He avoided jail after agreeing to attend specialist rehabilitation courses, reports the ECHO. In May 2016, Prescott was convicted of three counts of downloading and one count of possessing indecent images of children. He walked free after he was handed a three-year community
