A British couple are waiting out the coronavirus crisis in paradise after getting trapped in Indonesia during the lockdown. Zuzana Barancova and her boyfriend Jeff Yip, from Staffordshire, are spending their time enjoying walks along the river and spotting wildlife, including orangutans and monkeys.

They ended up stuck in the country after their southeast Asian travels were cut short when the coronavirus outbreak shut down surrounding countries, StokeOnTrentLive reports.

The couple are now waiting to find out when they can fly out of Indonesia while staying at a £5-a-night hotel in the village of Bukit Lawang, on the island of Sumatra.

Cider truck explodes and turns into ball of flames as Weston's issues statement

major blaze on the M5 near Bristol today. Dramatic photos from the scene of the incident near junction 20 for Clevedon show the vehicle engulfed in a ball of flames.The lorry was carrying 50 empty kegs and three pallets of bottled cider when it burst into flames just after 1pm.Police have confirmed that no one was injured in the incident with Westons saying it has made arrangements for the driver to be brought home safely.The cause of the blaze is currently unknown but the fire is now out.Darryl Hinksman, head of business development at Weston's Cider, said: "Yes one of our vehicles did catch fire a couple of hours ago on the M5 near the exit for Clevedon."Thankfully the driver is unharmed and as far as we are aware there are no reports of any other injuries, we are currently making arrangements to bring the driver home.
