Hull Live.It is believed the suspension is pending the outcome of criminal proceedings.It is not known whether Mr Moore, from Hooke, will continue working in his role as town councillor of North Ward in Goole while the proceedings are still ongoing.He made his first court appearance at Hull Magistrates' Court on October 25.A spokesperson for Humberside Police said: "A man has been charged with arson and stalking following an incident in Edgar Street, Hull."Keith Moore, 74, of Garth Lane, Hook appeared at Hull Magistrates' Court on Monday, October 25 and was granted conditional bail.

He is due to appear at Hull Crown Court at a later date."On Wednesday, September 1 it is reported that the doorway of a premises was set on fire causing damage.
