Coronation Street child actor Jude Riordan has made history as the youngest ever winner of a National Television Award.The ten year old, who plays Sam on the ITV soap, beat other nominees to scoop the Best Newcomer award at London's O2 Arena tonight, and took to the stage in his adorable tuxedo.
His incredible win means Jude has beaten the record for the youngest NTA winner, which was previously held by fellow Corrie actor Sam Aston, who won the Best Newcomer award for his role as Chesney in 2004, aged 11.The cheeky actor, who earlier posed for the red carpet, couldn't wait to get up to the stage to accept his award after stars from this year's Love Island announced his name.
