ok.co.ukCoronation Street's Jude Riordan has had everyone giggling at the 2021 National Television Awards, after he scooped Best Newcomer and made history as its youngest ever winner.The northern actor, 10, plays Sam Blakeman on the ITV soap, and beat several other talented nominees for the award tonight at London's O2 Arena.Taking to the stage in his adorable tuxedo, Jude thanked his fans, Corrie cast and crew, and his family during his acceptance speech, but a slight issue with the microphone's height meant Jude needed a helping hand.
Presenter Joel Dommett was luckily on-hand to give the child star a much-needed height boost, and lifted Jude up so he could reach the mic.
