Coronation Street ’s 60th birthday this December. Willow Wood has been forced to scrap plans for its Coronation Street-theme fundraiser next month but have been amazed at the generosity of those who would have been taking part.The hospice, which serves Tameside and Glossop, had been planning a fundraising night to coincide with the long-running soap's celebrations while marking the hospice's 21 years of service to the community.
