The number of confirmed coronavirus cases in Britain have soared to 278 as Boris Johnson warns he may impose heavy restrictions on movement.
Three patients who tested positive have died in the UK - the latest a man in his sixties who had "significant underlying health conditions" and died on Sunday night at a hospital in Manchester.
England has the most confirmed cases, followed by Scotland, Northern Ireland and then Wales. A total of 23,513 people had been tested for the flu-like illness, known as Covid-19, in the UK as of 9am on Sunday, of which 23,240 were confirmed negative and 278 were confirmed as positive.
Northern Ireland added five more to the total on Sunday, though authorities are not revealing the locations of the cases as yet.
