Coronation Street star looks unrecognisable with greasy hair in first TV role

Katie told her followers: “Major throwback… I honestly owe so much to @waterlooroad and Ms Jodie ‘Scout’ Allen - the TV role that started my career and one that I’ll never forget … "Even if they did make me ride a BMX, dye my hair an awful brown colour and cover it in grease!” She jokingly added to her followers: “Imagine looking like this on TV.
Wouldn’t change Scout for the world though.” Katie began playing tomboy Jodie ‘Scout’ Allen on the Rochdale-based series in 2011.
