Cops hunt balaclava-clad thugs after car rammed into shop window in Glasgow

Glasgow. Police Scotland has launched an investigation into the attempted break-in on Duke Street at around 11pm on Duke Street.

The incident happened on Wednesday, December 16.A car was found set of fire in Grierson Street in Glasgow following the attack.Enquiries are underway to establish if this vehicle was linked to the incident.Detective Constable Paul Fraser of Shettleston CID said: “We are carrying out an investigation after a car deliberately drove at a shop window in Duke Street last night."Two men were seen to get out of the car and attempt to get into the shop.

We believe they left empty handed. They are described as wearing dark clothing and balaclavas.“A car was later set on fire in Grierson Street and enquiries are underway.
