Cops charge man a year after body of Scot discovered in Fife industrial estate

Cops have charged a man in connection with the death of a Scots man whose body was found on a Fife industrial estate more than a year ago.

The remains of Ean Coutts were shockingly discovered near Whitehill Industrial Estate, Glenrothes, Fife on September 27, 2020.

An investigation was launched which revealed in January this year that the body was that of Mr Coutts. The breakthrough was made following extensive enquiries, including the release of a facial reconstruction created by experts at Liverpool John Moores University.Police at that time said they were treating the death of the 61-year-old, who lived in the nearby village of Kinglassie, as suspicious.This evening the force has confirmed a 31-year-old man has been arrested and
