Having finally taken off a cast after a fractured broken arm healed, the 26-year-old is building up her fitness and technique for when the action gets back underway.
And alongside an Instagram clip of herself punching and ducking on a stick version of swingball, she asked McGregor: "How did I do @thenotoriousmma??" And the Notorious did not take long to respond with a massively detailed post, highlighting her good work.
