Christmas lunch is one of the centre pieces of the entire festive season - with people spending hours preparing a feast for their often extended families to enjoy.

But what happens if there's a problem with the turkey? Worryingly, it's far from a theoretical debate - with plenty of cases of ordered turkeys turning up late or sometimes even unhelpfully early.
