The warning came from the Food and Drink Federation after a travel ban was imposed by France on arrivals from the UK, KentLive reports.The ban includes freight traffic to the European country.France followed Germany, Ireland, Belgium and Kuwait in placing a ban on arrivals from the UK after a new fast-spreading strain of the virus was reported.The strain has been concentrated in London and the South East.
The Netherlands is banning flights for at least the rest of the year, while Italy’s foreign minister Luigi Di Maio also announced curbs were being imposed.
