incident happened at 3.15am on Monday (January 31).She shared the alarming footage to a local community Facebook page and warned other residents to be careful. In the clip, a tall, skinny build man in a dark-coloured jacket walks to the footpath right in front of her house and stops mid-way.At the same time, a car passes by behind him.He stalls and appears to check on his phone before stepping forward and again, taking a pause.According to the time stamp, he stayed for about six minutes before he walked away from the camera.

The woman, who does not wish to be named, told Teesside Live: "He was stood there for a few minutes from 3.15am to 3.21am. "Disappeared for an hour – not sure to where."We have cameras on the back of the house looking into the garden and the garage that’s out the back detached from the house but the garden camera has been off as it was faulty."Then he came back running from side of our house and into a car."Nothing seems to be taken but it's just super creepy."She asked her neighbours to see if they have seen the man near their houses but they said no.But a resident replied her on the Facebook page that something similar happened to them a few weeks ago."A few weeks back I came out of our house early one morning, still dark, at about 5.45am," she wrote."I noticed a male figure stood over the road from where we live, just standing there staring.

He then disappears."I didn't recognise this person; he wasn't a dog walker or anyone I would have known from the village and it really unnerved me."Cleveland Police are aware of the incident but they declined to comment. For more stories from the Daily Star, sign up for one of our newsletters here..
