mirror.co.ukA pair of young children jumped from a burning building into the arms of their neighbours. In shocking footage taken from a nearby building the kids, aged three and ten, teeter above a covered courtyard in France.
Thick black smoke billows out of the complex as a woman screams in the background. The older child dangles the younger out of the window before dropping him into the arms of people waiting below.
He then climbs over the window ledge and allows himself to fall down to safety. The death defying feat saw the children falling roughly ten metres from the third floor.
According to the firefighters who arrived on the scene a little later, the two children escaped unscathed, Le Dauphine reports.
