Love Island's Molly-Mae Hague trolled by children who make 'vile' comments online

Love Island star Molly-Mae Hague has revealed some of the "cruel" trolls targeting her online have turned out to be people as young as children and teeneagers.

The star, who shot to fame on the 2019 summer series of the ITV2 dating show, shared her surprise at learning how young some of the people targeting her on Instagram and Twitter were.

She told the ladies on Loose Women that you never really know who is behind some of the verbal attacks online. But after confronting some of those leaving "vile" and "scary" comments in her messages and on her profiles, Molly confessed she often found that just as many kids were to blame as adult users.
