Celtic store stocking 'Glasgow' jersey sparks social media meltdown as retro shirt bears striking Rangers resemblance

Rangers design from the 90s? No big deal - except when it appears on the Celtic website.Hard to fathom, yes, but that was the scenario that sent both sides of Scottish football's biggest rivals into social media meltdown on Wednesday morning.

It began with Celtic supporters noticing that an Adidas shirt "Glasgow" had appeared on their club's official online store. The jersey is part of a wider collection produced by the sportswear giant to coincide with Euro 2020 kicking off.

Each shirt commemorates a host city with Glasgow obviously being one.Its similarity to an old Rangers effort from 1992/93 was enough to cause a stir, never mind the fact it'd gone on sale for £55 and with a a huge '10' emblazoned across the front.Anybody whose paid.
