Celebrity 'Dumbo' goat with record-breaking ears sees them grow even longer to 21-inches

goat's ears have grown even longer since its owner approached Guinness World Records.Simba has drawn obvious comparisons to Disney's Dumbo the elephant since her birth last month but despite only being a few weeks old he is already world famous.

Mohammad said: "Simba's Pakistan name must roam the whole world."We recite Koranic verses and blow on him to cast away the evil eye."Following a long tradition we inherited from our elders, we have fastened a black thread around him that is fortified with Koranic verses."Guinness World Records is yet to run a category for 'longest-eared goat' but with Mohammad having to stop Simba standing on his massive lugholes, he's confident of their chances.Simba's ears are so long in fact that Mohammad has made a harness to keep them wrapped on his neck and back.By achieving record status, Mohammad hopes Pakistan will enjoy an elevated reputation for goat breeding — even if Simba's ears are the result of a genetic mutation.

The young Nubian goat was born on the Nagra Farm in Karachi, Pakistan on June 5, and can't even manage to lift her ears off the ground.
