Kimberly Noel Kardashian West (née Kardashian; born October 21, 1980) is an American media personality, model, businesswoman, socialite and actress. Today the phrase is once again being used as Caroline is remembered. Channel 4 wrote on Twitter: "Our thoughts are with Caroline's family, friends and fans.
