Carabao Cup final U-turn in the works which could see fans attend Wembley showpiece

Manchester City and Tottenham are due to meet at Wembley for the League Cup final on April 25.The showpiece game had originally been excluded from the list of pilots, though the FA Cup final, on May 15, is set to have a limited number of fans.But the Carabao Cup final could be played in front of supporters too with EFL chairman Rick Parry putting up a determined campaign.And the Daily Mail report that fans being allowed is now being considered for that match, as well as for the FA Cup semi-finals.The EFL is understood to be confident it can safely deliver a final with supporters in the stadium.Asked on Sky Sports about fans attending the final, Parry said recently: "Clearly we are hopeful.
