Tottenham and Manchester City supporters will be able to attend their Wembley Carabao Cup final on April 25 after it was chosen to be a test event for the return of spectators.Both clubs have confirmed that the Wembley showpiece will be attended by 8,000 spectators in total, with City and Spurs having an allocation as well as NHS staff - although numbers have not yet been confirmed.The delayed final has been picked as part of the Government's Events Research Programme, and could have an impact on the amount of supporters allowed at Euro 2020 this summer.Spurs have told fans: “We are conscious that this fixture is less than three weeks away and we will therefore seek to provide you with further information as soon as we have any more.
