The next COD game is apparently well into development and is still set for a release later this year, according to outgoing Kotaku reporter (and soon to be Bloomberg reporter) Jason Schreier.
The game, which the new rumour suggests will be called Call Of Duty: Vietnam, is reportedly underway in one of Activision's Call of Duty development studios and on-track for a launch in Autumn 2020. "I’m not a COD person so I don’t know anything about all the lore shenanigans or what it really means to be a Black Ops game, but one title I’ve heard thrown around a couple times is just 'COD: Vietnam,'" tweets Schreier.
