Patrol car ME18 tailed and stopped a driver who officers said appeared to be racing their Vauxhall Astra in Wigan Road, Bolton at 10.14pm on Friday.
The driver tested positive for Class B drug cannabis. GMP Traffic tweeted: "#ME18 spotted this Astra seemingly racing with another vehicle off Wigan Road Bolton.
Stopped on St Helen's Road the driver would fail a roadside drug test +cannabis." A couple of hours later the GMP patrol spotted a suspicious vehicle driving around
