The hit eatery has just four items on the menu - buffalo wings, skin-on fries, curly fries and its one burger, The Smash, an American-style sandwich with two beef patties, cheese, tomato, onions and a secret sauce.Owner Mohammed Hussain says he spent months trying out recipes for the food after transforming his parents' garage into a kitchen and now he aims to provide 'quality over quantity'."You can't get quality burgers up North, especially Halal - it just doesn't exist," he said."So we decided to turn my parents' garage into a test kitchen and all through 2019 we were testing and tasting recipes.
